How to make Strawberry Carb Free Bombs at home
For all the strawberry fans out there, this high fat, low carb bar is the perfect
answer to that guilt-loaded strawberry icecream.
You shall need
Butter 4 tablespoons
Coconut oil 4 tablespoons
Heavy cream 2 ounces
Strawberry chopped in pieces (about three regular sized strawberries)
Sugar 1/4 cup equivalent
Stevia or sweetener of choice
Take chopped strawberries and heavy cream in a blender and blend nicely.
Melt butter over low heat and add sweetener and coconut oil.
Now mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour into molds of your choice.
Use an immersion blender for best results.
