How to make homemade oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups oats, old fashioned

½ cup flour, all-purpose

½ cup flour, gluten-free

2 teaspoons cinnamon, powder

½ a teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1/3 cup vegetable butter

½ cup brown sugar

1 whole egg

¼ cup raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla flakes

Directions:

Set the temperature of your oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix sugar, and butter in a blender. In another bowl add in the rest of the ingredients. Make dough when you add contents from both bowls together. Use a spoon to help you to distribute the mix evenly onto baking sheet. With a distance of almost one inch between cookies.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
