You shall need

Ripe bananas 3

Peanut Butter1 cup

Honey ¼ cup

Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Rolled oats 2 cups

Sesame seeds 1 cup


Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Take a 8" baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Mix all the ingredients using a standing mixer.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking dish and flatten it with a spatula.

Bake at 350 for about half an hour or until golden on the margins.

Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Store in airtight container in the freezer.

Additional Notes

Be careful not to overcook this mixture in the oven, it should be slightly golden at the margins only.
